The number of Kybella treatments you need depends on the amount of submental fullness (fat beneath your chin) and your aesthetic goals. Mild submental fullness may require one vial with 2–3 treatment sessions. For moderate submental fullness, we recommend 1–2 vials with about 3 sessions. Severe submental fullness often requires two vials with 3 or more sessions to achieve optimal results.
